Gift Certificates
Kentucky Repertory Theatre Gift Certificates are a way of giving the gift of a celebration to those you know and love. They are a great way to say "Happy Birthday," "Congratulations," or "A Job Well Done." Certificates are available in any amount and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates may be applied toward the purchase of Show Tickets, Subscriptions and Flexi Passes.
Gift certificates may be redeemed in person at the Kentucky Repertory Theatre box office or by calling 800-342-2177. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Lost gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Q: What shows can the gift certificate be used for?
A: Kentucky Repertory Theatre gift certificates can be used for any KRT Theatre production, season subscription or Flexi pass.
Q: How much does a gift certificate cost?
A: Gift Certificates rates depend on the monetary value you wish to spend, the minimum is $10.00.
Q: What if the ticket costs more or less than the Gift Certificate Value?
A: We will deduct the purchase price from the gift certificate, leaving you a credit to apply to another performance. If the ticket costs more, the recipient will be charged the excess costs.
Q: What are my delivery options?
A: We can hold the gift certificate at the Box Office for pick-up or we can mail the gift certificate directly to your address, or we can send the gift certificate to the recipient.
Q: What are the Terms and Conditions of redeeming the gift certificate?
1. Redemption of gift certificates is subject to ticket and performance availability.
2. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Once the gift certificate is redeemed, all sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds.
4. Gift certificates may not be used or applied if the expiration date has expired.
5. Gift certificates may not be used for special events. Some black out dates may apply.
